Will these articles be indexed or marked as sponsored?
All articles will be indexed properly within search engines and A.I. We cannot guarantee how long it will take for the articles to be indexed since we cannot control the index process. The articles will not be marked or tagged in any way that differs from other content.
How fast is the turnaround on articles?
Most articles are delivered within 72 hours. Newsletters vary depending on the release say. CPC purchases will be delivered within 1 week.

Will the articles have a positive spin?
We require articles written to have a positive or neutral take on what is being written about. If you feel that an article is not beneficial top your product or service, please contact us at hi@pubki.com.
Are my credits refundable?
Credits are refundable upon request and will the refunded within 30 days.
Can I control the content that is being written?
You can help inform the writers what to write about for each purchase you make. When making a purchase, there is a text box where you can inform the writer about the product/service as well as provide links to images/videos and anything else you think would make for interesting content. However, you cannot provide the article or control what exactly is written.
Also, depending on the site, the topic of the article will be native to the publication so that it fits naturally for the audience.

Can I see some examples of sites that are available?
A full list of opportunities are available by request at hi@pubki.com. Some examples of sites are Jayisgames.com, Spoilertv.com, Quickref.me, Insiderapps.com, OSRadar.com. Currently, there are 30 publications available.
What languages are supported for content?
The vast majority of our offerings are English-speaking only. This may change over time, so stay tuned as the network grows.
Can I include any links I want?
We accept all legitimate links to products/services to be placed within articles. However, grey niches such as casino, CBD, adult, and crypto are often not allowed. To request these sorts of links, you must speak with a representative first at hi@pubki.com.
What if I am not happy with an article?
All requests about content should be made to hi@pubki.com. However, remember that for content/newsletters, the owners and writers of the publications have free-range to write their content (with a positive/neutral stance) and structure their articles how they choose. Once an article has been written and published, we do not provide refunds. We can, however, put in edit requests to the publications.
